American rapper Lupe Fiasco has released forty-five music videos (including nineteen as a featured artist and two cameo appearances). In 2002, he was briefly seen in Robert Wyrod's documentary, South Side Warriors (5:12), which saw the martial arts scene for Chicago's inner-city of which his father, Gregory Jaco, was prominently featured in.[1] In 2006, he made a cameo on the drama television series, One Tree Hill, where he sang his songs "Kick, Push" and "I Gotcha" at the fictitious nightclub, Tric.[2]

In 2009, he made his debut in the documentary film, The People Speak, which addressed struggles against social injustices throughout American history. In 2010, Fiasco appeared in the documentary film Summit on the Summit, where various celebrities climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in efforts to raise awareness of clean water. In 2014, he was the celebrity ambassador for Stand Up to Cancer where he performed "Remission" with Common and Jennifer Hudson in its televised special for that year.

In 2015, he made a cameo on the musical drama television series, Empire. In 2018, he appeared on the televised special Chicago Voices and premiered his own documentary series, Beat n Path, which saw his travels across Asia to learn from martial arts masters. In 2019, he was a guest judge on the Netflix music reality television series, Rhythm + Flow, for the Chicago preliminary auditions.
