Tape Tape (stylized in all uppercase) is the two-track extended play by Soundtrakk and Lupe Fiasco, released on October 2, 2020. The two have collaborated since Fiasco's 2006 album, Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor.
Fiasco did a YouTube livestream the same day of its release, describing it as an "ongoing project," and "not really for the super Lupe lyrical, conceptual, political situations." It is directed into the genre trap, inspired by artists like Travis Scott and Lil Uzi Vert.[1] He continued there would not be a sequel, but rather, songs added to the record over time, like a playlist, depending on the response.[2]
