Société Internationale d'Ur (stylized as société internationale d'Ur) is an association for the world's oldest recorded board game, the Royal Game of Ur, which originated in Mesopotamia. The society was founded by Wasalu Jaco during the fall of 2022 and is currently operated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. They organize tournaments, establish rule sets, and act as an information platform for the game.

Fiasco did a presentation on November 16, 2022, focused in comparative media studies on the topic of "Optimal Novelty". Ur was used as a primary example, where he discussed chance, taking risks, and state of optimality.
The society's inaugural tournament will be hosted in December 2022 at MIT.
