The Schaeffer Eye Center Crawfish Boil (originally Beam's Crawfish Boil and currently the Schaeffer Eye Center CityFest) was an annual music festival sponsored for nine years by Schaeffer Eye Center. In 2012, it was held at its BJCC site for the May 4-5 weekend, where headliners included Lupe Fiasco, Wiz Khalifa, Childish Gambino, and Snoop Dogg.[1]
During his performance, Fiasco dedicated the night to Beastie Boys' vocalist and bassist, Adam "MCA" Yauch (August 5, 1964 - May 4, 2012), who recently passed away after a three-year battle with salivary cancer.

Chicago rapper, writer, producer and entrepreneur, age 30. Tracks express social consciousness, political views, cultural concerns. Has worked with Jay-Z, Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Pharrell Williams.
