The 2022 World Games were an international multi-sport event held from July 7 to 17, 2022, in Birmingham, Alabama, United States. The lineup featured Lupe Fiasco, who performed on July 10, 2022, at the Main Stage.
Originally Fiasco was set to perform on the 9th, though due to the poor weather conditions, organizers had to push back the concert and activities to the following day. World Games' CEO Nick Sellers confirmed Fiasco's performance, reporting, "I just spoke with him. He's doing this for the World Games, says he wants to support."[1]
